The connector is either acard edge or a header connector. Do not connect pins 1 and 49 on the Opto 22rack connector.For example, the Opto 22 rack, PB16C, uses a card edge connector; PB16H usesa header connector. They both have the same pinout for a ribbon cable. Both canaccommodate up to 16 single-channel I/O lines.A cable designed to connect up to six ports to three Opto 22? racks is availablefrom Keysight Technologies, either as Option 022 when ordering the KeysightE1458A, or as Keysight part number E1458-61604.
