Check the flow ofcold air in the freezer compartment to ensure propercooling. Your refrigerator is now ready for use.INSTALLATIONThe refrigerator should always be plugged into its ownindividual properly grounded electrical outlet rated for115 Volts, 60 Hz, AC only, and fused at 15 or 20 amperes.This provides the best performance and also preventsoverloading house wiring circuits which could cause a firehazard from overheated wires. It is recommended that aseparate circuit serving only this appliance be provided.Shock Hazard:To reduce the risk of electric shock, do not install therefrigerator in a wet or damp area.INSTALLATION (continued)lo To avoid noise and vibration, the unit must be leveledand installed on a solidly constructed floor. If required,adjust the leveling legs to compensate for unevennessof the floor. The front should be slightly higher thanthe rear to aid in door closing. Leveling legs can beturned easily by tipping the cabinet slightly. Turn theleveling legs to the left to raise the unit or to the right tolower it. (See LEVELING AND DOOR ALIGNMENT.)NOTE: Installing on carpeting, soft tile surfaces,a platform or weakly supported structure is notrecommended.oooinstall this appliance in an area where the temperatureis between 55°F (13°C) and 110°F (43°C). If thetemperature around the appliance is too low or high,cooling ability may be adversely affected.Select a place where a water supply can be easilyconnected for the automatic icemakenNOTE: The water pressure must be between 20 and120 psi on models without a water filter and between40 and 120 psi on models with a water filter.Too small of a distance from adjacent items mayresult in lowered freezing capability and increasedelectricity consumption charges. Allow at least 24inches (61 cm) in front of the refrigerator to open thedoors and at least 2 inches (5.08 cm) between theback of the refrigerator and the wall.10
