7 Installation7.1 General informationDANGERLethal voltages are still present in the connections and cables of the device even after the device hasbeen switched off and disconnected!Severe injuries or death may occur if the cables and/or terminals/busbars in the device are touched.› The device must be mounted in a fixed position before being connected electrically.› Comply with all safety regulations and current technical connection specifications of the responsiblepower supply company.› The device is only permitted to be opened or serviced by a qualified electrician.› Switch off the grid voltage by turning off the external circuit breakers.› Do not touch the cables and/or terminals/busbars when switching the device on and off.› Keep the device closed when in operation.7.2 Opening the unit↻ The device has been installed on the mount.↻ Wipe any moisture off the frame of the housing cover using a cloth.1 Undo the 6 screws and carefully remove the housing cover [ T_25]2 Take care not to damage or soil the seals and fibre optics when setting down thehousing cover.» Proceed with the installation of the device.2 1Fig. 18: Remove housing cover7.3 Surveying the connection areaThe connection point for the AC supply is situated inside the housing.
