Otherwise, drive the machine on a level floor.Turn the ignition key (12) to "0".Carefully lift the tank assembly (60).Disconnect the battery connector (63).Remove dust and debris from the drive system motor outer part (F), then disengage and remove the clamp (A) from the motor.Lift the retaining springs (B) and remove the four carbon brushes (C).Check the carbon brushes for wear. Replace the carbon brushes when: the contact with the motor armature is insufficient, thecarbon brushes are worn, the carbon brush contact surface is not integral, the thrust spring is broken, etc.ReplacementIf necessary, remove the nuts (D) and disengage the lead-in wires (E), then remove the carbon brushes.ResetAssemble the components in the reverse order of disassembly.S3013471.2.3.4.5.6.7.8.9.10.11.
