TROUBLE SHOOTINGSymptom Cause SolutionMachine doesnot work.Suctionperformancedecreases duringoperation.Intermediate filterin container coveris wet.Excessive foamformation in thecontainer.Current power supply hasbeen interrupted.Pull out power cord, check theconnection plug and power cord fordamage.Intermediate filter incontainer cover wet.Wash and dry intermediate filteror insert a new filter(see Care / Maintenance page 7 & 8).Air guard is missing or notinserted correctly.Insert air guard correctly (see modeloverview page 1 & 2).Excessive foam formation inthe water filter container.Change water and add 1–2 capfuls ofKärcher foam stop. Wash and dryintermediate filter or insert a new filter.Suctionperformanceinadequate.Intermediate filter is missingor not inserted correctly.Check.HEPA-Plus filter is dirty. Change HEPA-Plus filter(see Care / Maintenance page 7 & 8).Intermediate filter is dirty. Wash filter; if required, insert new filter(see Care and Maintenance page 7 & 8).Deposits in suction manifold. Remove deposits (see Care andMaintenance page 7 & 8).Water container notinserted correctly.Check (see Operation page 3 & 4).False air slide onhandle open.Close false air slide.Accessory blocked.
