10Connecting up ConnectionThis page is for when connecting the main unit withother devices.Connecting subwooferConnecting with other audio deviceWhen you want to hear sound from the subwoofer,press S.WFR OUT on the remote control to display“SUBWOOFER” on the display window on themain unit. Each time you press the button, thedisplay toggles between “SUBWOOFER” and“OFF”.NOTEWhen “SUBWOOFER” is selected, bass sound fromthe left and right speakers will be automaticallylowered and the bass sound will be emitted mainlyfrom the subwoofer.Connecting with a digital deviceCAUTION• For details of signals to be output, refer to page30.• If connecting the main unit with equipment with thefunction of a Dolby Digital decoder, the setting in“D.
