Testing of the IFEX 3001 Impulse GunCaution - note warning on page 8.2.1 Disconnect the air pressure and water hose from the gun.2.2 Check the shoulder strap for damage.2.3 Check the screws at the front and back strap connections.2.4 Check the membrane at the barrel end for damage.(The membrane has 6 incisions from the inside to the outer side, ending appr.6 mm from the outer side).2.5 Check the screwed cap on top of the membrane, if necessary tighten it with thespecial tool.2.6 Check the front handle for tightness, if necessary tighten with wrench KS 13.2.7 Check the water connection at the gun and the water coupling for damageand cleanliness.2.8 Check the water valve for external damage and condition of operation of valve.2.9 Check the stability of the handle at the gun (key KS 3) as the operationalcondition of the mechanism for operation.2.10 Check the air pressure connection at the gun handle for damage and cleanliness.3. Testing of the hose reelCaution - note warning on page 8.3.1 Check the hose reel and hose line for damage and corrosion.3.2 Check the tightness of the fixing screws (hose reel to sledge).3.3 Check the tightness of the fixing screws (mounting unit to vehicle).3.4 Check the rewind mechanism.3.5 Check the ease with which the hose reel can be turned. If necessary grease whereneeded.(see Appendix B „Installation, maintenance of the hose reel“)3.6 Check the air pressure connection coupling visually.3.7 Check the hose reel water supply connection visually.3.8 Check whether the instruction sticker is readable. (inscription as per DIN EN 3 Part 5)3.9 Maintenance corresponding to Appendix B „Installation, maintenance of the hose reel”. |
