8 – EnglishMAINTENANCEAngle gearThe angle gear is filleda sufficient quantity of greaseat the factory.Normally, the grease does notneed to be changed exceptwhen repairs are carried out.Maintenance scheduleBelow follows some general maintenance instructions. If youneed further information please contact your serviceworkshop.Daily maintenance1. Oiling the air filterAlways useHUSQVARNA filter oil,order no. 503 47 73-01.The filter oil contains asolvent to make itspread evenly throughthe filter. You shouldtherefore avoid skincontact. Put the filter in aplastic bag and thenpour the filter oil over it.Knead the plastic bag todistribute the oil.Squeeze the excess oilout of the filter inside theplastic bag and pour offthe excess before fittingthe filter on the machine.Never use commonengine oil. This woulddrain through the filterquite quickly and collectin the bottom.2. Check that the sweeperrollers do not rotatewhen the engine isidling.3. Check that the sweeperrollers are not crackedor damaged.
