10.289REPAIR INSTRUCTIONS1 2 Replace Bearings1� Remove the two screws on theouter ring�2� Turn the arm over and remove thesix screws and the ring�3� Remove the shaft seal with theo-ring, the radial seal and theo-ring from the pivoting arm�4� Prop up the arm to get clearancefor the shaft and bearing�Use a heat gun and apply heat tobearing and shaft�5� Apply a spacer and the specialtool: 575 46 60-01 on top of theshaft�6� Attach special tool with its sixscrews and tighten the centerscrew�7� Continue tightening the centerscrew until the shaft and bearingsis pressed out�8� Unscrew the six screws holdingthe ring�9� Press or tap the ring out�10� Remove the o-ring from the ring�4368579 10First see: Disassemble Arm (p.79) |
