11610.3REPAIR INSTRUCTIONS21563 4Replace the Arm FeedBearingFirst see: Remove Feed Shaft(p. 111)1� Lift the axial bearing with bothbearing washers off�2� Remove the O-ring�3� Remove the plastic plugs using ascrewdriver�4� Turn the shaft and place a supportunder this�5� Heat the worm wheel to about100 °C (200 °F)�6� Knock out the ball bearing andgear wheel with a pin punchthrough the holes in the shaft�Apply some light taps alternatelybetween the two holes�7� Mount the ball bearing with aworkshop press� Use a collar thatpressurizes the inner ring of thebearing�7 |
