The other vehicle must also be a12-volt negative grounded system. Do not useyour mower to start other vehicles.WARNING! Do not short battery terminalsby allowing a wrench or other objects tocontact both terminals at the same time. Beforeconnecting battery, remove metal bracelets,wristwatch bands, rings, etc.Positive terminal must be connected first toprevent sparks from accidental grounding.CAUTION! Always wear eyeprotection when around batteries.IMPORTANT INFORMATION Beforerestarting the unit, be sure to replace guardsthat have been removed for maintence.WARNING! Some replacement batteriesmay differ from OEM battery. Always ensure theRED battery cable is connected to the positive(+) battery terminal and the BLACK cable isconnected to the negative (-) battery terminal.
