English – 53Repair Instructions9.12 Assembling the control cable LiRFor products with S/N: -2015100000 (536LiR).1Place the lower part of the cable in the batteryhousing and connect the yellow wire (E) andcontact (F).See figure 292Connect the red wire in the control cables to thebattery contact by pressing in the contact stripuntil it snaps on.Screw on the battery contact.See "Assembling the control unit".3Assemble the battery housing.Refer to "Basic dismantle/assembly".4Assemble the wear guard under the battery housing.Refer to "Basic dismantle/assembly".5Connect the contact to the keypad (D). Connectthe contact (C) and the wires (A and B) to the mainswitch and place the parts in the operating handle.See figure 30 NB! Make sure to apply grease tothe contact surfaces and also the connector,see service data.6Lay the cable in place in the operating handle andfasten the cable holders (2x) with the screws (4x).Tightening torque 1 Nm.See figure 317Assemble the throttle trigger lock and throttle trigger.Refer to "Assembling the throttle trigger lock andthrottle trigger".8Assemble the operating handle.Refer to "Basic dismantle/assembly".9Lay the cable in place in the wear guard andassemble the handle arm.See figure 32 and "Basic dismantle/assembly".10Hook on the control cable to the clip and wearguard.
