English – 41Repair InstructionsACDB3For products with S/N: -2015080000 (536LiL),-2015100000 (536LiR).Thread the wires through the resistance (D) andconnect them to the control unit with (A, gray) atthe top, followed by (B, black) in the middle and(C, red) at the bottom.NB! Thread the wires from the inside throughthe EMC filter twice.See Figure 7a.For products with S/N: 2015080001- (536LiL,536LiLX), 20151000001- (536LiR, 536LiRX).Thread the wires through the resistance (D) andconnect them to the control unit with (A, gray) atthe top, followed by (B, black) in the middle and(C, red) at the bottom.NB! Assemble the trimmer head (A).Tightening torque 8 ~ 12 Nm.See Figure 8Use the recommended blade guard.Make sure the blade is assembled on a level surface.Fit the drive disc (B) on the output shaft.Turn the blade shaft until one of the holes in thedrive disc aligns with the corresponding hole in thegear housing.Insert the L key (C) into the hole to lock the shaft.Place the blade (D), support cup (E) and supportflange (F) on the output shaft.Fit the nut (G).Tighten the nut to a torque of 35-50 Nm (3.5-5kpm).
