211502 71 27-02521 54 83-01577 90 66-01Electrical systemDismantlingFirst dismantle the following:The starter cover, the spark plug and theprotective cover over the muffler.Prise off the cable (A) from the ignitionmodule.DismantlingDismantle the following parts to accessthe ignition system:The starter cover, the spark plug and theprotective cover over the muffler.Prise off the cable (A) from the ignitionmodule.Remove the screws (B) and then removethe ignition module (C).Remove the flywheel.Remove the flywheel nut.Fit the piston stop no. 521 54 83-01 inthe spark plug hole and remove the nutholding the flywheel.NOTE!Place the piston stop so that it is trapped between the piston stop and thecombustion chamber. It must not stick out into the exhaust port.Remove the flywheel from the crankshaft. Remove the fl ywheel from the crankshaftusing punch no. 577 90 66-01.Leave a gap of approx. 2 mm between thepunch and the flywheel.Gently knock the punch with a hammerwhile lifting up the fl ywheel with your otherhand.Remove the screws and lift off the ignitionmodule.
