Disarm the system and close all protected windows, doors, etc. READY should be displayed.2.Enter your security code and press the 5TESTkey.3. The external sounder should sound for 3 seconds and then turn off. If the sounder does notsound, it may be due to dialer communication activity.Wait a few minutes and try again. If the sounder still does not sound, CALL FOR SERVICEIMMEDIATELY.NOTE: This command will cause the panel to look for the battery and if seen, activatesthe alarm output (siren) for 3 seconds, and will clear a low battery if it is asuccessful test.The Keypad Displays:BURG WALK TESTIN PROGRESS• The test includes all Fire, Burglary and Panic zones.• Each time a protection zone is faulted (opened), the keypad should beep threetimes. If the sounder does not sound, CALL FOR SERVICE IMMEDIATELY.• In the case of wireless transmitters, sensitivity of the wireless receiver will be reducedby 50% for the Go/No Go test.NOTE: If two wireless receivers exist, the system beeps 1 time for receiver # 1,2 times for receiver # 2, and 3 times if both receivers received thesignal.)• The keypad displays the zone number and alpha descriptor while a door or windowremains open or while a detector remains activated.
