8Required Parts• Wing panel w/ailerons• Servo w/hardware (2)• Pre-assembled 3 1/2-inch (89mm) aileron linkage (2)Required Tools and Adhesives• Drill • Thin CA• Phillips screwdriver • Long servo arm• Drill bit: 1/16-inch (1.5mm)  Step 1Check to make sure the hinges have been securely gluedinto place. Gently pull on each aileron to make sure thehinges are secure. Avoid too much pressure which couldcause damage to the wing and aileron. Saturate eachhinge if you find any that are loose.  Step 2Flex each aileron up and down a number of times tobreak in the hinges.  Step 3Prepare an aileron servo by installing the grommets andbrass eyelets provided with the servo.Section 1: Aileron Servo Installation
