Trouble-shooting Answer to questionWhen spinning ,spin is off andon .In the spinning procedure ,the machine does not spin .In the process ,drain time isset. Some minutes laterspinning begins(If trouble appears, please first pull off the power plug, then check it). Followings are not troublesometimes. Please check again before you send it to repair. If there are real troubles, please callto service department or local dealer . Do not repair it by yourself.Problems Possible causes SolutionThe machine stops in spinningThe draining function is not work-ing or it's too slow.The machine does not start.There's abnormal sound insidethe machine.The water tap leaks.The top lid is not closed.Is the drain hose put down?Is the drain hose blocked byforeign material?Are the laundries put slanting-ly?Is the machine slanting?Is power off?Is the power plug loose?Is the machine slanting?Are the laundries slanting inspinning?Is the jointer screw of the waterinlet hose is loose or untighted?Close the top lid.Put down the drain hose. Openand close the top lid once.Clean the foreign material.Open and close the top lid once.Re-order the laundries. Closethe top lid .Level the machine in rightposition. Open and close thetop lid once.Use it when the power is on.Insert the power plug tightly.Level the machine properly.Re-order the laundries.Fasten the jointer screwproperly.There may be some waterflowing out of the drain hose inthe first use of the machine.It is the water remained inthe factory inspection ofperformance.
