Freezer storage precautionsHot food should not be stored in therefrigerator until it has cooled down toroom temperatureFood cut into small portions will freezefaster and be easier to defrost and cook.The recommended weight for each portionis less than 2.5kg.It's better to pack food before putting it inthe freezer. The outside of the packingmust be dry to avoid bags sticking together.Packing materials should be odor-free,airtight, non-poisonous and nontoxic.In order to avoid expiration of storageperiod, please note the freezing date, timelimit and name of the food on the packingaccording to the storage periods ofdifferent foods.Only take the required amount of foodfrom the freezer. Defrosted food cannot bere-frozen unless it is first cooked,otherwise it may be less edible.Do not load excessive quantities of freshfood in the freezer.
