Follow thedetergent use instructions on the container to determine the amount ofdetergent.noTE: The proper amount of detergent depends on the size of the load, the soillevel of the clothes, and the softness of the water being supplied to the washer.• If you select the Quick cycle, it is recommended that you use a liquid laundrydetergent to achieve optimum results. Powdered detergent may not dissolvefast enough to clean well in this cycle.Liquid DetergentnoTE: For best results allow the liquid detergent to mix with the water beforeadding laundry.1. Start wash cycle and allow the wash basket to fill with a small amount of waterbefore dispensing liquid detergent.2. Pour measured liquid detergent directlyinto the detergent dispenser.Powdered DetergentnoTE: For best results, add the detergent to the wash basket before adding laundry.1. Start wash cycle and allow the wash basket to fill with a small amount of water.Add powdered detergent directly into the wash basket.ORIn a separate container, dissolve powdered detergent in warm water and pourthe solution directly into the wash basket.noTE: Do not pour detergent into the wash basket without first dissolving it inwater.
