Hewlett-Packard has offered this solution to allow you more flexibility in installing the Red Hat Linux OS of yourchoice. To install your Linux OS, you must purchase a Red Hat Linux box set and install the OS accordingto the following instructions.Supported operating systemsHewlett-Packard supports multiple versions of Red Hat® Enterprise Linux on HP Pentium® 4 and IntelXeon® Workstations. These versions include:● SUSE Linux Enterprise Desktop 11 (x86_64)● Red Hat Enterprise Linux WS 3 x86 (32-bit).● Red Hat Enterprise Linux WS 3 AMD64/EM64T (64-bit).● Red Hat Enterprise Linux WS 4 x86 (32-bit).● Red Hat Enterprise Linux WS 4 AMD64/EM64T (64-bit).● Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5 Desktop (x86).● Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5 Desktop (x86-64).To provide flexibility in installing the Red Hat OS version of choice, HP has created Installer and DriverCDs.
