Press the Menu button repeatedly until SET g_ T_ displays and press Start/Enter.2. Press _ I_until call Monitor displays and press Start/Enter,3, Press 4 I, until on displays and press Start/Enter,When call monitoring is turned on, you will hear the person recording the message, ifyou pick up the handset or press Spenkerphone, the device stops recording and you canspeak direclly to the calbroAnnouncement onlyYou can set your HP Fax to play a greeting without recording any messages; farexample, you might wan! to announce store hours and Iocation_1_ PressMenu repeatedly until SET UP T_ displays and press Start/Enter,2. Press 4 I_ until IcM Record Time displays and press Start/Enter°3, Press 4 F until 0sec displays and press Start/Enter_Play back messagesWhen you have new messages, the Answer button flashes and the number of messagesis shown on the display If you have messages that you have previously listened to butnot erased, they will be shown also For example, New: !
