iQue M5 Que Applications Guide 59APPENDIX > FCC C OMPLIANCEFCC ComplianceThe iQue M5 complies with Part 15 of the FCCinterference limits for Class B digital devices FORHOME OR OFFICE USE. These limits are designedto provide more reasonable protection against harmfulinterference in a residential installation, and are morestringent than “outdoor” requirements.Operation of this device is subject to the followingconditions: (1) This device may not cause harmfulinterference, and (2) this device must accept anyinterference received, including interference that maycause undesired operation.This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radiofrequency energy and, if not installed and used inaccordance with the instructions, may cause harmfulinterference to radio communications. However, thereis no guarantee that interference will not occur in aparticular installation. If this equipment does causeharmful interference to radio or television reception,which can be determined by turning the equipmentoff and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct theinterference by one of the following measures:• Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.• Increase the separation between the equipmentand the receiver.• Connect the equipment into an outlet on acircuit different from that to which the receiveris connected.• Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TVtechnician for help.The iQue M5 and its antenna(s) must not be co-locatedor operated in conjunction with any other antenna ortransmitter.The iQue M5 does not contain any user-serviceableparts.
