Clean the outer casing (not the touchscreen) usinga cloth dampened with a mild detergent solution, and then wipe dry. Avoid chemicalcleaners and solvents that can damage plastic components.CLEANING THE TOUCHSCREENThe aera 660 display uses a lens coated with a special coating that is very sensitiveto abrasive cleaners. AVOID CHEMICAL CLEANERS AND SOLVENTS THAT WILL HARMTHE SPECIAL COATING. It is very important when cleaning the touchscreen to use aclean, lint-free cloth (lightly dampened with water, if necessary).PROTECTING THE UNIT• Do not store the aera where prolonged exposure to extreme temperature canoccur.• Though a PDA stylus can be used to operate the touchscreen, never attempt thiswhile operating an aircraft.
