This is a single level water detection probe.INSTALLATIONIt is the customer’s responsibility to select an appropriate weathertight and/or explosion-proofcontrol box containing an intrinsically safe barrier relay (IS relay). We recommend our GTP-1750 systems described in Bulletin No.67.1. Install the new probe in a ¾” NPTthreaded fitting using Teflon threadsealant on the threads. A 1 ½” NPTmodel is also available. It may beoriented horizontal or vertical, aslong as any water present in the drainpipe and fittings will be removedwhen the manual drain valve isoperated.
