Followthe heating equipment manufacturer’s guideline andsafety standards such as those published by theNational Fire Protection Association (NFPA), and theAmerican Society for Heating, Refrigeration and AirConditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), and the localcode authorities.• Local codes vary. Installation electrical connectionsand grounding must comply with applicable codes.
