On models with a light switchon the control panel, the oven light may be turned on and left on.How to Set for Timed Baking/Roasting—Immediate Start and Automatic StopNOTE: To understand how the oven control works,practice using regular (non-Sabbath) Immediate Startand Automatic Stop before entering the Sabbath mode.Make sure the clock shows the correct time of dayand the oven is off.Touch and hold both the BAKE andBROIL pads, at the same time, untilthe display shows SF.Tap the CLOCK pad until SAb appearsin the display.Touch the START/ON pad and ⊃ willappear in the display.Touch the COOK TIME pad.Touch the + or – pads to set the desiredlength of cooking time between 1minute and 9 hours and 59 minutes.The cooking time that you entered willbe displayed.Touch the START/ON pad.Touch the BAKE pad. No signal willbe given.The preset starting temperature willautomatically be set to 177°C (350°F).Tap the + or – pads to increase ordecrease the temperature in 25°increments. The temperature can beset between 77°C (170°F) and 288°C(550°F). No signal or temperature willbe given.Touch the START/ON pad.After a random delay period ofapproximately 30 seconds to 1 minute,⊃ will appear in the display indicatingthat the oven is baking/roasting. If ⊃doesn’t appear in the display, start againat Step 7.To adjust the oven temperature, touch theBAKE pad and tap the + or – pads to increaseor decrease the temperature in 25°increments.
