INSTALLand CHECKtheanti-tip bracket following theinstructions supplied with the bracket.To reduce the risk of tipping the range, the range mustbe secured by a properly installed anti-tip bracket. Followthe instructions packaged with the bracket.To check if the bracket is installed and engagedproperly, look underneath the range to see that therear leveling leg is engaged in the bracket. On somemodels, the storage drawer or kick panel can beremoved for easy inspection. If visual inspection is notpossible, slide the range forward, confirm the anti-tipbracket is securely attached to the floor or wall, andslide the range back so the rear leveling leg is underthe anti-tip bracket.If the range is pulled from the wall for any reason, alwaysrepeat this procedure to verify the range is properlysecured by the anti-tip bracket.If your range has no anti-tip bracket, call 1.800.626.8774to receive one at no cost.WHEN ALL HOOKUPS ARE COMPLETEDMake sure all controls are left in the off position.Make sure the flow of combustion and ventilation airto the range is unobstructed.54
