Timed CookingWall Oven15You can set the oven to turn on immediately,cook for a selected length of time and turn offautomatically.NOTE: Before beginning make sure the clockshows the correct time of day.To avoid possible burns, place the shelvesin the correct position before you turn theoven on.1 Turn the mode selector knob to TIMED.2 Turn the oven control knob to the desiredfunction (BAKE, CONV. BAKE or CONV.ROAST).3 Using the temperature control knob,set the desired temperature.NOTE: The oven ON & PREHEAT lights andthe oven interior lights will not turn on until theoven starts heating.4 Press the COOK TIME button.NOTE: If your recipe requires preheating, youmay need to add additional time to the lengthof cooking time (approximately 15 minutes).5 Press the increase “” or decrease “”button to set the cooking time. (Themaximum cooking time is 11 hours and50 minutes. The minimum cooking timeis 1 minute.)If the increase “” or decrease “” button isnot pressed within 5 seconds of pressing theCOOK TIME button you will need to pressCOOK TIME again.The display will show COOK and the cookingtime countdown.The oven will continue to cook for theprogrammed amount of time then turn offautomatically.6 At the end of timed cooking the wordCOOK will blink in the display and the endof cycle tone will sound. To clear the end ofcycle tone press any button. Turn the ovencontrol knobs to OFF and the mode selectorknob to MANUAL.NOTE:• You will hear a convection fan while cookingwith convection features.• A cooling fan will turn on to cool internalparts. This is normal, and the fan maycontinue to run even after the oven isturned off.• The low temperature zone of this oven(between 150°F. and 200°F.) is available tokeep hot cooked foods warm. Food kept inthe oven longer than two hours at these lowtemperatures may not be safe to eat.• Foods that spoil easily, such as milk, eggs,fish, stuffings, poultry and pork, should notbe allowed to sit for more than one hourbefore or after cooking. Room temperaturepromotes the growth of harmful bacteria.
