EC FSE 2003 -32-Disc Brake FluidUse D.O.T.3 o D.O.T.4.Fluid Level InspectionThe front (A) and rear (B) reservoirs must be kept more than halffull with brake fluid.If the amount of brake fluid is insufficient, addbrake fluid.CAUTIONDo not spill brake fluid onto any painted surface. Do not use fluidfrom a container that has been left open or that has been unsealedfor a long time. Check for fluid leakage around the fittings. Checkfor brake hose damage.WARNINGDo not mix two brands of fluid. Change the brake fluid in the brakeline completely if the brake fluid must be refilled with a type otherthan the brake fluid already in the reservoirs.Brake Wear InspectionIn accordance with the Periodic Maintenance Chart, inspect thebrakes for wear. For each front and rear disc brake caliper. If thethickness of either pad is less than 1 mm, replace both pads in thecaliper as a set Pad replacement should be done by an authorizedGAS GAS dealer.STEERINGThe steering should always be kept adjusted so that the handlebarwill turn freely but have no excessive play.(A)(B)
