172CHAPTER 2 DEPENDENCE FUNCTIONSFigure 2.3-5 Frame Number in Multi Trace■ Trace DelayThe trace data which is acquired after one event occurrence is called a trace delay. There are two types oftrace delay depending on the event hit. When the trace end trigger (event) hit occurs, the delay can be set within the scope of the block size (128 to1024 frames). A block is sampled data in combination with the trace data before the event hit and the tracedelay. When the multi trace end trigger (event) hit occurs, the delay is acquired as many as the number ofoccurrence of the subsequent trace end trigger hit.Example: If you want to get the trace delay for three blocks, the event hit needs to occur four times.1 - 632 - 62: :: :64 0: :: :127 + 62128 + 63129 - 63130 - 62: :: :192 0: :: :255 +62256 +6365409 - 6365410 - 62: :: :65472 0: :: :65535 +6265536 +63Block number Trace buffer Frame numberGlobal number Local numberEvent triggerEvent triggerEvent trigger12512Get four times of the hit to the trace end triggerTrace buffer = 64 blocksMultitrace end trigger1 2 3 4
