IP-HE950 Hardware User's Guide Chapter 5 TroubleshootingCopyright 2017 FUJITSU LIMITED49No. Class Status Check Recommended action5VideoThe INDWNLED lights upin orange.Is the audio/video output unit selected asinput (e.g., camera) operating normally?Check the power supply and the operation of theaudio/video output unit selected as input.Is this unit correctly connected to theaudio/video output unit?(Example: Analog signals are connected tothe SDI signal input of this unit.)Confirm that the connection between this unit and theaudio/video output unit is correct, and check forproblems in the cable.6Does the set input audio/video format onthis unit match the format of theaudio/video output unit (e.g., camera)?(Example: Although 2160p is the inputsetting on this unit, 1080p signals areinput.)Check whether your preferred audio/video format is setas the format of this unit and the format of the outputunit.7The INDWNLED is blinkingin orange.Does the set input audio/video format onthis unit match the format of theaudio/video output unit (e.g., camera)?(Example: Although 59.94 Hz is the inputsetting on this unit, the output unit is set to50 Hz.)Check whether your preferred audio/video format is setas the format of this unit and the format of the outputunit.8No video isoutput at thedecoder.(Black screen)Is the monitor connected to the decoderoperating normally?Check the operation of the monitor.9 Is the decoder operating normally? Check the operation of the decoder.10Is the decoder correctly connected to themonitor?Check the connection between the decoder and themonitor.11Has an alert been generated on thedecoder?If so, refer to the user's guide of the decoder or othersuch documents, and take corrective action.12Does the decoder display color bars or agray screen when nothing is input to thevideo input of this unit? (Note that thisoperation generates INDVN. Confirm thatthere will be no operational problemsbefore performing the operation.)If color bars or a gray screen appears, the network andthe decoder seem to be operating normally. Confirm thecorrect video input to this unit.13The monitor ofthe decoderdisplays an allblue or grayscreen.Is the RDY LED blinking in green? The unit is booting up.Wait until the RDY LED turns green.14 Is the RDY LED blinking in orange? The unit started in maintenance mode.Restart the unit.15Is the ALM LED blinking? The blinking ALM LED may indicate an IP addressacquisition failure. Check the IP address setting. (Fordetails, refer to the IP-HE950 Software User's Guide.)16 Has encoding begun? Set the encoder to start encoding.17 Can the paired unit (decoder) startencoding?Set the decoder to start decoding.18Are the Stream out settings correct? Referring to the IP-HE950 Software User's Guide,check whether the Stream out settings are correct onthis unit and the encoder.19 Is the network operating normally? Refer to the "Network" section in this table.
