If theQSFP cable is connected incorrectly, use the following procedure to reconnect the QSFPcable.Procedure1 Press the controller enclosure’s Power switch for four seconds or more to turn offthe ETERNUS DX Disk storage system, and turn off the AC power.2 Reconnect the QSFP cable.3 Make sure that power is being supplied, then turn the ETERNUS DX Disk storagesystem on.End of procedure• When the general status of ETERNUS Web GUI isCheck whether the QSFP cables are connected in the correct order or check that the "●" (IN)and "■" (OUT) side of the QSFP cable is connected correctly.
