Problem SolutionBasic actions Measurement stops whileexercising.When exercising slowly, such as when walking, werecommend turning off the AT Pause function.U “Automatically Start/Stop Measuring (ATPause Function)” on page 58The pulse (heart rate) cannotbe measured.❏ Check if you are wearing the productcorrectly.U “Wearing the device” on page 14❏ The accuracy of the heart rate sensor isaffected by cold body temperature orambient temperature. Protect the device bywearing it under a sleeve in cold or windyconditions. A warning will trigger if the devicetemperature will drop too low.Chronograph actions The device cannot receive aGPS signal.Go to a location outside with no obstructionsoverhead. Signals from the GPS cannot bereceived while indoors.
