Printing a speed dialnumber listWhen the name is correct, press NEXT. You see the followingdisplay:You can assign any one-touch or speed dial number to one offive groups, numbered 1 through 5. You need the groupnumber only when you use sequential polling which isdescribed in Chapter 4. If you do not want to assign thisnumber to a group, press NEXT to return to the fax numberdisplay. If you want to assign this number to a group, enterthe group number and press NEXT.Now your display shows #0l and the first 12 digits of thenumber you just registered. To register another numbermake sure the cursor is under the first digit after the # sign,enter 02 and repeat the process until you have registered allthe speed dial numbers you need, up to a total of 30. Whenyou are through registering numbers, press SET three timesto return to the date/time display.Be sure to write the names corresponding to the speed dialnumbers on the label under the handset.To check your work or for reference, you can print a list ofthe speed dial numbers you have registered by performingthe following steps:Make sure no document is in the machine.Press FUNCTION.
