Fine-Tuning the Projector 123The countdown for the elapsed time begins as soon as you closethe Password Protect menu. (You can check the elapsed time inthis menu next to Time elapsed.)10. To enable your screen logo, select User’s Logo Protect and pressEnter. Select On and press Enter.When this feature is on, the logo appears whenever you turn onthe projector (if the Startup Screen is enabled in the Extendedmenu; see page 124). It also appears when you press the A/VMute button (if you selected the Logo for the A/V Mute settingunder Display in the Extended menu). None of the User’s Logofeatures in the Extended menu can be changed when the User’sLogo Protect function is enabled.11. To enable network setting protection, select Network Protectand press Enter. Select On and press Enter.When this feature is on, none of the network settings on theConfiguration menu can be changed.Starting the Projector with a PasswordWhen the password function is enabled, you see this screen when youplug in and turn on the projector:Hold down the Num button on the remote control and use thenumeric keypad to enter the four digit password.The password screen closes, the numeric keypad is automaticallydeactivated, and projection begins.
