S31EUK4090SY(2)99-01The machine has many safety functions.The intervention of the safety devices ismonitored on the display of the control panel bymeans of suitable safety codes; this is a help forthe identification of the malfunctions and thepossiblòe repair intervention.The safety codes are listed in the following table.SAFETY FEATURES AND TROUBLESHOOTING31SAFETYCODETROUBLE DESCRIPTION / BEHAVIOUROF THE MACHINE CHECK AND REPAIR3_00 Traction motor overtemperature (85 °C); the machine is stillworking Check the opearation and cleaning of the front electric brake3_01 Safety stop of the machine due to traction motorovertemperature (95 °C)1- check the opearation and cleaning of the front electricbrake2- If brake is regular call for service assistance3_02 Possible failure of the electronic control of traction motor1- check the traction motor operation, carbon brushes and itsfour connection cables too2- if the traction motor and relevant connections are regularask for replacement of the power electronic board3_03 Traction motor overloadIf you are running on a ramp it could be a normal behaviour;if the code is persistent make the same checks as per code3_013_04 Overtemperature (85 °C) of the electronic control of tractionmotor: 1st alertIf the ambient temperature is higher than 35 °C or if themachine is running on a ramp it could be normal; otherwisecheck the front electric brake3_05 Overtemperature (95 °C) of the electronic control of tractionmotor: 2nd alertIf the ambient temperature is higher than 35 °C or if themachine is running on a ramp it could be normal; otherwisecheck the front electric brake3_06 Safety stop of the machine due to overtemperature (105 °C)of the electronic control of traction motor1- Let the machine cool 30 minutes2- check the opearation and cleaning of the front electricbrake3- If brake is regular call for service assistance3_07 Accelerator pedal not in the neutral position at key switch On1- check the operation of the accelerator pedal andmicroswitch2- check and replace - if necessary - the pedal potentiometeror microswitch3_08 Broken accelerator potentiometer cable 1- check and repair cable2- if cables are regular replace the pedal potentiometer4_02 Possible failure of the electronic control of brush motors1- check the brush motors operation, carbon brushes andconnection cables too2- if the brush motors are regular ask for replacement of thepower electronic board4_03 Brush motors overload1- reduce the brush pressure2- if the code is persistent check the brush motors operationor call for service assistance4_04 Overtemperature (85 °C) of the electronic control of brushmotors: 1st alert Reduce the brush pressure4_05 Overtemperature (95 °C) of the electronic control of brushmotors: 2nd alert Reduce the brush pressure4_06 Safety stop of the machine due to overtemperature (105 °C)of the electronic control of brush motors1- reduce the brush pressure and let the machine cool 30minutes2- if the code is persistent check the brush motors operationor call for service assistance6_02 Failure of the brush lifting system1- check the operation of the brush lifting system (jack motorand two microswitches)2- If fuses, jack motor and microswitches are regular replacethe microprocessor electronic board7_00 24V voltage line faulty on the microprocessor electronicboard1- check the fuses on the microprocessor electronic board2- If fuses are regular replace the microprocessor electronicboard |
