778-15398© 2018Remove the shoulder bolts and lock nutsfrom the seat mounting bracket. Removethe two self-tapping screws factoryinstalled on the tractor. Align the seat bracket inplace over the holes from where the self-tappingscrews were removed secure the seat bracket withthe self-tapping screws previously removed.Slide the pedestal cap onto the steering shaft.Remove the shoulder bolt and lock nut from thesteering shaft. Align the steering wheel so thatwith the tractor wheels straight, the large opening onthe steering wheel is facing forward. Lower the steeringwheel assembly onto the lower steering shaft and securewith shoulder bolt and lock nut. Remove the pedestalcap mount screw factory installed and located on thetractor’s steering console. Slide the Pedestal cap downonto the tractor and slightly rotate to the right to clipinto place. Secure the pedestal with the screw.Position the seat assembly over the seat mountingbracket, aligning the holes provided.
