Use of any other parts may create a hazardor cause product damage.Do not use with damaged cord or plug. If appliance is notworking as it should, has been dropped, damaged,left outdoors, or dropped into water, return it to a servicecenter.In a double insulated appliance, two systems of insulationare provided instead of grounding. No groundingmeans is provided on a double insulated appliance, norshould a means for grounding be added to the appliance.Servicing a double insulated appliance requires extremecare and knowledge of the system and should be doneonly by qualified service personnel. Replacement parts fora double insulated appliance must be identical to the partsthey replace.Not intended for commercial use.To reduce the risk of electrical shock, this appliance has apolarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). Thisplug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plugdoes not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug.If it stilldoes not fit, contact a qualified electrician to install theproper outlet. Do not change the plug in any way. This unithas a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other)and will require the use of a polarized extension cord.This unit plug will only fit into a polarized extension cord inone orientation. If the plug does not fully fit into theextension cord, reverse the plug. If the plug still does notfit, obtain a correct polarized extension cord. A polarizedextension cord will require the use of a polarized walloutlet. This plug will only fit into a polarized wall outlet in aspecific orientation. If the plug does not fit fully into the walloutlet, reverse the plug. If the plug still does not fit,contact a qualified electrician to install the proper walloutlet. Do not change the unit plug, extension cordreceptacle, or extension cord plug in any way.To prevent serious personal injury, make sure the switch isin the OFF position, it is unplugged, and the impellershave stopped before attaching or removing tubes.To avoid serious personal injury, wear goggles or safetyglasses at all times when operating this unit. Wear a facemask or dust mask in dusty locations.To prevent serious personal injury or damage to the unit,make sure the blower tube or the mulcher tubes and thebag are in place before operating the unit.To avoid serious personal injury, do not wear loosefitting clothing or articles such as scarves, strings,chains, ties, etc., that could get drawn into the airvents. To make sure long hair does not get drawn intothe air vents, tie back long hair.Make sure your extension cord is in good condition.When using an extension cord, be sure to use oneheavy enough to carry the current your product willdraw. A wire gauge size (A.W.G.) of at least 14 isrecommended for an extension cord 50 feet or less inlength. If in doubt, use the next heavier gauge. Thesmaller the gauge number, the heavier the cord. Anundersized cord will cause a drop in line voltageresulting in loss of power and overheating.Do not point the blower nozzle in the direction ofpeople or pets.Never run the unit without the proper equipmentattached. Always ensure the blower tubes areinstalled.When not in use, blower should be stored indoors in adry, locked up place—out of the reach of children.Maintain tool with care. Keep fan area clean for bestand safest performance. Follow instructions for propermaintenance.Do not attempt to clear clogs from tool without firstunplugging it.Do not pull or carry by cord, use cord as a handle, orpull cord around sharp edges or corners.
