Handset*Please Note – Not all features may be programmed onyour device*Place a CallLift the Handset:Dial an internal extn number, orPrefix an external call with your accesscode (Usually 9 or 0)To End the Call - Replace the HandsetHands-free functionality:Press New Call Softkey, Speakerphone, orHeadset Key. Dial the number.Press End Call Soft key to hang upAnswer a CallWhile the phone is ringing: Lift the HandsetFor Hands-free functionality:Press the Answer Soft key or theSpeakerphone or Headset buttonPut a Call on HoldPress Hold Key or Softkey (music on hold)Press Resume soft key or Hold key to returnMute / SecrecyPress Mute Key (red light indicates secrecy)Press Mute Key again to turn offTransfer a CallWhile active on a call, Press the Transfer KeyEnter the phone number (9 or 0 for External)Direct Transfer - Press Transfer Key to send thecall while ringingConsult Transfer - Wait for the call to beanswered, announce the call.Press Transfer Key againIf the call is busy - Press the Cancel keyIf the call is not answered or your colleaguecannot take the call – Press End Call,Press Resume to return to the original callerConferenceWhile on a call, press Conference KeyDial the phone number requiredOnce answered, Press Conference Key againto join the 3rd partyRepeat up to max of 6 partiesIf the call is busy or not answeredPress the Cancel/End Call Soft Key to end thatcallPress Resume to return to the conference callor original callerForwarding CallsTo avoid missing calls when you are not atyour desk, you can forward calls to anotherphone number.Press CFwdAll Soft KeyType the extn number to receive your callsFor External divert input access code (9 or 0)first *(CFWD External may be restricted)To De-activate: Press Forward Off Soft KeyForwarding Calls to VoicemailPress CFwdAll Soft KeyPress the Voicemail Messages KeyTo send all calls to VoicemailTo De-activate:Press Forward Off Soft Key
