DO NOT attempt todiagnose or repair unless you are professionallytrained in power electronics measurement and troubleshootingtechniques. There are extremely dangerous voltage and power levelspresent inside this unit. Disconnect power before servicing.◆ Before each use, disassemble Air Nozzle, Torch Tip, DiffuserRing, and Electrode.◆ Inspect these parts for cracks, obstructed holes, and slagbuild-up. Remove slag and clear holes.◆ Replace worn parts for best performance.◆ Reassemble parts in reverse order of disassembly. Make surethe Electrode is threaded in fully and tightened lightly. Makesure the Diffuser Ring is seated properly on shoulder of thetorches brass body. Make sure the Torch Tip is seated in theDiffuser Ring. Make sure the Air Nozzle is screwed down fullyand hand-tightened on Torch Body.◆ Inspect all cables for tears of cracks. Replace if damaged.◆ Inspect the unit for external damage and make sure nothingis obstructing airflow through the louvers on the outerpanels.Troubleshooting ChartPlasma CutterSymptom Possible Cause(s) Corrective ActionNo output 1.
