Please payspecial attention when reading andfollowing the warnings in thesesections.Installation, service and annual inspection of heater mustbe done by a contractor qualified in the installation andservice of gas-fired heating equipment.Read this manual carefully before installation, operation orservice of this equipment.This heater is designed for heating nonresidential indoorspaces. Do not install in residential spaces. Theseinstructions, the layout drawing, local codes andordinances, and applicable standards that apply to gaspiping, electrical wiring, venting, etc. must be thoroughlyunderstood before proceeding with the installation.Protective gear is to be worn during installation, operationand service. Thin sheet metal parts, such as the reflectorportion of the heater and the various venting components,have sharp edges. To prevent injury, the use of workgloves is recommended. The use of gloves will alsoprevent the transfer of body oils from the hands to thesurface of the reflector.Before installation, check that local distribution conditions,nature of gas and pressure, and adjustment of theappliance are compatible.For additional copies of the Installation, Operation andService Manual, please contact Bananza.1.1 Manpower RequirementsTo prevent personal injury and damage to the heater, twopersons will be required for installation.1.2 Safety Labels and Their PlacementProduct safety signs or labels should be replaced by theproduct user when they are no longer legible.
