3.3 About Active Air BagsNEVER PLACE THIS SAFETY SEAT IN A VEHICLE SEATINGLOCATION THAT HAS AN ACTIVE AIR BAG. If an ActiveAir bag inflates, it can hit the safety seat with great force andcause death or serious injury to your child. Refer to your vehicleowner’s manual for additional information and warnings aboutActive Air bags, and supplemental restraints, and their proper usewith Safety Seats.3.4 About an unoccupied Safety Seat• Never leave the Safety Seat or Base unsecured in yourvehicle. An unsecured seat or base can fly through the vehiclein the event of a crash, sudden stop or sharp turn and causeserious injury to the driver, who may then loose control of thevehicle, or to passengers.
