Most airlines allowelectronic use only between and not during takeoffs and landings.There are three main types of airport security devices: X-raymachines (used on items placed on conveyor belts), magneticdetectors (used on people walking through security checks),and magnetic wands (hand-held devices used on people orindividual items). You can send your EKB PC and discs throughairport X-ray machines. However, we recommend that youdo not send your EKB PC or discs through airport magneticdetectors or expose them to magnetic wands.
