Go to General > Parental Control and see if thedevice is in the list. If the device is listed under Client Name,remove the device using the Delete button or adjust the TimeManagement Settings.• If there is still no Internet access, try to reboot your computerand verify the network’s IP address and gateway address.• Check the status indicators on the ADSL modem and thewireless router. If the WAN LED on the wireless router is notON, check if all cables are plugged properly.Mobile broadband Internet is not accessible.• Insert a SIM that with data plan subscription into the USIMcard slot. The 3G/4G Mobile Broadband LED lights up,indicating that the SIM card is properly installed.• The APN settings are not applied automatically. Obtain theAPN service settings from your ISP, then follow the stepsbelow tho manually configure the APN settings.• Go to Advanced Settings > WAN > Internet Connectiontab.• In the WAN Type field, select Mobile broadband.• If APN is configured correct and Internet connection stillfailed, ensure that:• The frequency band is compatible with your ISP.
