(4) PREPARE THE FIXTURE1. If you are replacing an existing fixture, disconnect andremove the old fixture. Expose the supply wiring from theoutlet box.2. Place the supplied long screws through the holes in thecrossbar and facing outward.3. Secure crossbar to outlet box with the supplied shortscrews. (The long screws should be facing out from thewall).4. Connect the Black wire from the fixture to the Black supplywire and the White fixture wire to the White supply wire,fasten securely with supplied wire nuts and secure wirenuts with UL listed electrical tape (not supplied). Tuck thewires carefully into the Junction box.5. Connect the ground wire from the fixture to the electricalsupply ground wire, or attach the ground wire directly tothe ground screw on the crossbar. Fasten securely withsupplied wire nuts and secure wire nuts with UL listedelectrical tape (not supplied). Tuck the wires carefully intothe Junction box.6. Put the long screws through the 2 holes allocated in thefixture back plate. Secure the fixture against the wall byscrewing on the supplied nut caps.7. Insert the bulbs. DO NOT EXCEED THE WATTAGE ASINDICATED ON THE WARNING LABEL.8. Place the metal frame over the glass diffuser (5) onto thefixture back plate and secure by screws at corners. Placefixture cover on top of metal frame and aligning the twoholes on the left and right hand side of the fixture. Securewith the supplied screws.9. It is strongly recommended that you caulk this fixturearound the back plate, where it makes contact with thewall.CAUTION: Ensure that the Fitting is Cool and Switched off,Before Changing Bulbs.
