MC96FR116C160 November, 2018 Rev.1.8NOTE The oscillation stability time is up to the characteristic of an oscillator or a resonator connected to the device. So the 20ms of recommended stability time is not absolute.MC96FR116C acts in a little different manner after it awakes from STOP mode according to theexternal power condition after wake-up event. In stop mode, the main oscillator is halted and any internal peripheral does not operate normally. Soonly an interrupt from external world can wake the device up from STOP mode. These kinds ofinterrupts are an external interrupt, key input or RXD pin in UART mode. When an interrupt isdetected, the wake-up logic enables BOD to check the external voltage level. If the voltage level ishigher than the BOD stop level(=VBODR), the device wakes up normally to resume program execution.Otherwise if the checked voltage level is below the VBODR, it remains in STOP mode.
