26Once you have chosen the album you want to add photo(s), you will be prompted toinsert a device with photos. You will need to insert a USB drive with photos saved on itin a folder named “Pictures.” In order for your USB drive to work with the Ace Plus, theUSB drive itself will need to have a name that does not include any spaces in thename. If your USB name does have spaces, rename your USB to something that doesnot have spaces. When you insert the USB with the Picture folder, the photos will beadded to the album you chose.To record a voice label: From the Main Menu, use the Right Roller to scroll to PhotoAlbum and select it by pressing the action button. Scroll to View Album and choosethis menu option with the Action button. Scroll to the album you want and select it withthe Action button. Scroll to the photo that you want to label and choose it with theAction button. Scroll to Record Voice Label with select it with the action button. You willbe prompted to record your label. To delete a picture, follow the instructions aboveunder record voice label until the point where you scroll to the photo you want. Onceyou select the photo you will be given the option to Record Voice Label or DeletePhoto. Scroll to Delete Photo and choose it with the Action button. You will hear “Areyou sure you want to delete this photo?” If you are NOT sure you want to delete it,press the back button on the left shoulder of the device. If you are sure you want todelete it, press the action button, and the photo will be deleted.To Delete an Album, start at the Main Menu. Scroll to and select Photo Album. Scroll toand select Delete Album. Scroll to the album you would like to delete and select it withthe action button. You will receive a message that the Album still has photos and it willask you if you want to delete anyway. If you are NOT sure you want to delete it, pressthe back button on the left shoulder of the device. If you are sure you want to delete it,press the Action Button, and the album will be deleted.To Rename an Album, start and the Main Menu. Scroll to and select Rename Album.Scroll to and select the album you want to rename. Follow the prompts to record a newname.Clock/Alarm ClockSelect Clock from the Main Menu to instantly hear current day/time. To set the alarmtime and access the set alarm mode functions, press the Action Button. To set thealarm time, select alarm time and use the Left Roller to change the hour, and the RightRoller to change the minutes. Next, press the Action Button to select which mode youprefer – One Time Alarm or Daily Alarm. Press the Action Button to confirm your modeselection. If you want to turn the alarm function off, return to the Set Alarm Modefunction and use the Right Roller to scroll down to the OFF option. |
