Programmable keys31Programmable keysYou call certain contacts or colleagues several times per day or frequently use certain tele-phone functions, such as forwarding or accessing your voice mailbox.These numbers or functions can be saved by means of the programmable keys.Programming a keyRegardless of the type of programming (number or function), the access procedure is iden-tical. *To select the key to be programmed:Menu1 - Press the Menu Fox key.Settings2 - Select Settings and confirm.Keys3 - Select Keys and confirm.4 - The terminal prompts you to press the key to be programmed.• A free key is indicated by the "Not programmed" message.• To show the programming of the key, scroll the options. Theprogrammed function is preceded by a tick.To program a number:You can program the number to call an internal or external party.-> After selecting the key to be programmed:Numbering5 - Select Numbering and confirm.<Number> 6 - Enter the call number.Reminder: An external number must be preceded by the code forexternal calls.OK7 - To confirm, press the OK Fox key.Therefore, your party will be called by simply pressing this key.☛
