Remove the used batteries and insertnew batteries into the batterycompartment as shown, taking care thatthe polarities (+) and (-) are correct.3. Slide the battery cover to close it.Use only R6P, LR6 or AA batteries.CAUTIONInsert the batteries as shown in the battery compartment. If not, the devicewill not work.When (LOW BATTERY mark) blinks on the display, replace all batterieswith new ones. Do not mix old and new batteries. It may shorten thebattery life, or cause the device to malfunction.(LOW BATTERY mark) does not appear when the batteries are drained.The LED of the START button blinks along with (LOW BATTERY mark).Battery life varies with the ambient temperature and may be shorter at lowtemperatures.Use the specified batteries only.
