10.1 Pyrolytic cleaningRemove all accessories and re-movable shelf supports.Do not start the pyrolyticcleaning if:• You did not remove the shelfsupports or telescopic shelfrunners (if supplied). In somemodels, the display shows“C1” when this error occurs.• You did not fully close theoven door. In some models,the display shows “C3” whenthis error occurs.1. Remove the worst dirt manually.2. Set the Pyrolytic cleaning function.Refer to "Oven functions".3. When flashes, press or toset the necessary procedure:– P1 – If the oven is not very dirty.The procedure is 1:30 h long.– P2 – If you cannot easily removethe dirt. The procedure is 2:30 hlong.After 2 seconds the procedurestarts.To change the default length of theprocedure (P1 or P2), press to set, and then press or to setthe length of the pyrolytic proce-dure.You can use the End function to de-lay the start of the cleaning proce-dure.When the oven is at its set tempera-ture, the door locks. The displayshows the symbol and the bars ofthe heat indicator until the door un-locks.During pyrolytic cleaning thelamp is off.Cleaning reminderTo remind you that the pyrolytic clean-ing is necessary, PYR flashes in the dis-play for 10 seconds after each activationand deactivation of the appliance.The cleaning reminder goesout:• After the end of the Pyrolyticcleaning function.• If you press “ " and “ ”at the same time while PYRflashes in the display.10.2 LampWARNING!There is a risk of electrical shock.The lamp and the lamp glasscover can be hot.Before you change the lamp:• Deactivate the appliance.• Remove the fuses from the fuse box ordeactivate the circuit breaker.CAUTION!Put a cloth on the bottom of theinterior of the appliance. It pre-vents damage to the lamp glasscover and the cavity.Always use the same lamp type.Replacing the lamp at the cavityceiling:1. Turn the lamp glass cover counter-clockwise to remove it.2. Clean the glass cover.3. Replace the lamp with a suitable 300°C heat-resistant lamp.4. Install the glass cover.ENGLISH 27
